I started using Paint for trimming my scanned drawings. Recommended by Calpurnius. Tricky to learn a new program but I've found most of the stuff I usually need. Didn't read the tutorial, of course. Much easier to do it the hard way. :)
@lattegirl - No, I just meant trimming the doodles. Like clipping the extra paper of the sides. I draw on a full sized sheet of blank paper and then trim the extra white away after I scan it. Otherwise it would have weird margins. I also chop out some extra lines or places where one doodle sort of gets in the way of another doodle.
@Teena, Still some snow left here in the front but mostly in the back. I think I really did have SAD this year. So unusual for me. But I've been feeling better and getting things done again.

Do you mean the thin borders? They call those trimmings?
