Nice quote! It's so true, yet why do we waste our time chasing riches, fame, popularity? Think of what our world would be like if we applauded character more than once a year for the Nobel Prize. What if we had as many award shows as TV/Movies/Music for people with character vs. beauty and talent.
Pretty deep for the back of a t-shirt... Definitely a better message to be promoting than a lot of the things I see on the back or front of shirts.
I like the Andre Gide quote too, though how hard it is to have the courage to let go of the familiar.
