Strip Generator is a project created to embrace the internet blogging and strip creation culture, helping the people with no drawing abilities to express their opinions via strips. Free, registraton required.
The graphics and bubbles for adding text are provided on the site. You just place the graphics as you want them and add your witty remarks into the bubbles. Very simple to use and, for anyone who can't (or chooses not to try) draw it lets you put your wit onto the web.
