Mozilla Labs has Personas for Firefox
An extension that adds lightweight theming to your browser.
They are fun. Some don't work well. They are too dark for you to see your buttons through the pattern. One seemed to be too short to cover the length of my browser with the added toolbars. I've got one called Winter loaded right now. It looks pretty good.
