This building looks so different if you only see it from above the part taken over for the adult industry below the stone carvings. I didn't get photos of the trashy, I preferred the classy.
We seem to share an eye for such things. I always examine the upper part of old buildings to see the original stonework and embellishment and windows, and try to imagine what the rest of the building looked like without the restaurant/pawn shop/video store facade on the bottom.
