This house was around the corner from the ones I came to see. I noticed it in the background as I was taking pictures. Looks like that whole corner is being knocked down for something modern to be poured into that space. Lots of space just seems a shame to lose more old houses.

If this was the UK a whole range of people would be campaigning to keep these historic buildings.
It's important that you preserve your history from the money making machine of property development.
Why not demolish the White House? The US can always replace it with a new shiny steel and glass structure...
