How to Back Up the Database � WordPress Codex
Sadly there is a lack of information here. As I was told by Tim at Surfbits, WordPress and thus Blogsome and any other blog hosts running Word Press can not be backed up. This is not a good thing. I hope it is something they are working on. Get the guinea pigs and chipmunks on overtime for this one. Movable Type is great for being able to back up your whole database. I still have my old Movable Type blog from 2 or 3 years ago, it's all nicely backed up and ready to go should I sign up for MT again.

I didn't know that you couldn't back up WordPress. That kind of sucks..
