This is the code I used for the scroll up frame for the Canadian Blogroll. The top half is just the graphic so you can skip that if you don't want to type it out. Click on the above graphic to see it bigger sized.Added: To add the code to a Blogger blog you go to 'Customize' then 'Add Page Element' then choose 'HTML/JavaScript' and click "Add to Blog". Move the cell where you want it and save your changes.

Hi! Is Canadian Blogroll open to a Non-Canadian who resides in Canada, we had a small exchanging messages before in Entrecards. I'm from Alliston working in Innisfil (that is close to your place eh.)

@ Manillenya- It's not my blogroll. Have a look at the site it comes from and join if you like.
@ LadyBanana - The code just goes into a Page Element, the one for HTML/ Javascript. Type the code into that window and save it. Will work for any blogroll, just change the code for the blogroll itself.

Thanks a bunch, Laura - imagine my shock to come here and see my username staring me in the face! I have successfully added page elements before, so it should work out.
Right now I need to go clean the apartment I am moving into soon (ugh!!!!) but will add the code later today and let you know how it goes.
