Rippling muscles, washboard stomaches, well groomed, zit-free, perfect men in short. Just pick which one you want.
They must be perfect, how else could they choose to pick on women who have written personal ads? Why would they be nasty about a woman's size, shape or lifestyle unless they are so very perfect themselves?
Couldn't be they are being nasty little boys to make up for some lack in themselves could it?
Actually, I didn't get annoyed reading this. I just felt really awful for some of the women who really were torn apart by the boys posting here. Also, is this really how they choose to spend their time? Couldn't they go out and step on ants or something more productive?
The oddest thing of all, is that I never would have seen the reference to my ad on this site except for Craigslist sending me an email about it. I wonder why they would do that? Why stir up such an upset for women?
Dear craigslist poster,
You are a topic of discussion on this message board. Care to defend yourself?

That's cruel and very stupid. I think the title of the website says it all. They really are F'd and in the company of other F'd men..
From the writing style on the site I can only assume they are a bunch of pimple faced mommas boys..
Laura: Well, at least you won't have to go out with one of those wonderboys. Email me directly at foilwoman on gmail dot com, and we can go through some defensive steps you can take so future online forays are less stressful (but really, you're better off without those charmers, who clearly still think they're going to win over skinny Gwynnie while they live at home with their mamas).
What on earth do they gain by doing such a thing? I'm sensing some real "adequacy" issues. I'll go back into the hitwoman business for you on this one. If you want me to smite them, just let me know. But email me.
Thank you FoilWoman, but I'm honestly not upset for myself. I just thought how small minded and petty it was of them.
What did make me feel upset was reading the ads of the other women (who were really slammed far more than I was) and knowing that they would be very upset by the comments. I thought it was pretty odd (for lack of a better word) for Craigslist to send that email, letting me know about the post. It did seem to be from them but I'm not a hacker to be 100% sure.
My gmail is thatgrrl. You send me a note anytime you want to get back in busiess, screw web design for old folks! ;)
