Pebble Tiles

I like the look of them but wouldn't pebbles make a very heavy wall covering? Maybe they are like modern bricks, hollow inside. Or those slices of bricks which we put on the kitchen walls in the 80's.

I could do pebble tiles, I like the rustic look.
