Have a look. It's a writer's site and the colours are based on the book he's selling. I really like the colours and background even though I don't go for black myself.
Also, he could use a font that would be easier to read. Though this one does go with the slight piratical theme: black and gold.
I won't make him walk the plank. Arrgggh!
